Peace of Mind, as we might call Sjelefred, is a very tasty acquaintance despite the moderate alcohol content. There is a focus on maltiness, with variations of caramel and roasted malt. No less than six malt varieties are melded to create the perfect balance. Hoppiness is moderate, using Northern Brewer and Fuggles, so as not to overpower the malt focus. Our standard London yeast ensures a typical English fruitiness. Sjelefred should not be chilled, or the delicate nuances of the malt will be lost. A perfect accompaniment to beef, lamb, game, and brown stews.
