Saison Extra is an extra‑strong Belgian farmhouse ale. Traditionally, Belgian farmhouse ales were light beers brewed for the farm workers, but there was also a much stronger version brewed for celebrations when the harvest was safely brought in. Saison Extra follows that festive tradition. It works beautifully as an aperitif, and pairs well with light meats or robust fish dishes.
