For brewers, the hop plant has long held an almost sacred status. Today most hops are grown far south of our latitudes, but since the Middle Ages hops were cultivated for brewing on many Norwegian farms.
In our light and bright IPA Helgen, we have carefully selected our favourite American hop varieties to create a refreshing, easy‑drinking ale. The beer is top‑fermented and showcases a clean, fresh hop aroma that reflects both tradition and modern hop character.
